When you entiteld for a refund, please contact our customer care. After your refund is processed, you will receive your refund voucher via email. The voucher has an unique code and you can cash it at your local post office.

There are 3 ways to stop the service:

1: Via text/sms: You can opt-out at any time by sending 'STOP' to 65003. You will be unsubscribed immediately.

2: Via e-mail: You can send an e-mail containing the phone number that needs to be unsubscribed to

3: Via telephone help line: customers can call the live help line number: 0800 4080794 (toll free).

When your surfing the internet you might come across one of the momoxxio promotions, you may decide to try. (Usually, you will be expected to solve a question or a puzzle, with an opportunity to win a prize). If you have solved the puzzle/question, you will be asked to fill up your mobile phone number in the column displayed. After filling in your mobile phone number, you will receive a free confirmation message. The moment you confirm this confirmation message, you are officially in the race to win the prize

When you are subscribed to momoxxio you will be charged 4,5£ per received text message (1 message per week).

Every week we will sent you a new url, when you click on this url you will be forwarded to that weeks game. Each game consists of 10 questions, make sure you get them correct to win the monthly prize.

All advertisement material clearly states that this concerns a subscription service. Furthermore, after subscribing the customer receives a free of charge information message stating the costs of the service, frequency, information on how to opt-out and a website address for more information on the service.

We do not send any messages to a mobile phone number if the number is not subscribed to one of our services. Maybe you do not remember subscribing to the service. Be careful when lending your mobile phone to people. The subscription is only activated when you have initiated it.

We understand this is an unpleasant situation. To unsubscribe your child from our service directly, send a text message stating 'STOP' to 65003. For other methods of unsubscribing, see question 1.
